Open Access Policy 

All articles published in SPIR  are fully open access; immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published in the SPIR is under the terms of  Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC), which permits users to Share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format Under the following terms:

  • Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • NonCommercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
  • NoDerivatives: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.
  • No additional restrictions: You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits

A complete version of the articles and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.
