SPEKTRUM IRAN (SPIR) is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal committed to promoting the free, immediate, and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge. The journal supports the principles of open access by providing permanent access to all published articles without subscription requirements or access barriers.

All articles published in SPIR are made freely available online immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse published articles in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.

SPIR publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, users are permitted to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

Authors retain copyright of their published work and grant SPIR a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and make the article publicly available in electronic and print formats.

SPIR is committed to ensuring transparency, accessibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly content. The journal follows internationally recognized principles of responsible open-access publishing and adheres to relevant standards of publication ethics, including the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Any applicable publication fees or article processing charges (APCs), if introduced, will be clearly stated on the journal website and communicated transparently to authors before publication.
