SPEKTRUM IRAN (SPIR) is an open-access journal. To support the costs of editorial management, peer review administration, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, online publication, digital archiving, and long-term maintenance of the journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only to manuscripts accepted for publication.
There is no submission fee. Authors are charged only after their manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.
The APC is as follows:

The applicable APC is determined according to the corresponding author's institutional affiliation at the time of manuscript submission.
Payment instructions will be provided after the manuscript has been accepted. Failure to pay the APC may delay publication of the accepted article.
The editorial evaluation, peer-review process, and publication decision are conducted independently of the author's ability to pay. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or guarantee acceptance for publication.
